A spacious March Break with two tracks running simultaneously: adults join rejuvenating meditation or silence programs while kids and teens dive into nature immersion and SKY youth activities. Options with or without accommodations are available. Expect calm parents, joyful kids, and meaningful time together in nature.

Kids & Teens: SKY Kids/Teens skills (breath, focus, emotional awareness) through meditation, play, and adventure
