Simple, effective, and equipment-light, marma can be practiced in many settings. Certification is issued through our affiliate, Sri Sri Tattva School of Ayurveda (Bangalore, India); graduates should observe local practice regulations.

Meru Chikitsa Training
A focused training in Meru Chikitsa, an ancient light-touch spinal modality that restores balance along the body’s meridians and circuits. Panchakarma Bodywork Practitioner Training
This immersion trains you to deliver ten cornerstone Ayurvedic therapies including 2- and 4-hand <i> Abhyanga, Swedana, Shirodhara, Shiroabhyanga</i>, and targeted <i>Bastis</i>, alongside core Ayurveda principles and client care. Daily SKY Breath Meditation, yoga, and meditation support practitioner resilience and a service mindset. Certification is issued via the Sri Sri Tattva School of Ayurveda (Bangalore); graduates practice per local regulations and may be considered for roles with Sri Sri Ayurveda Canada.
